At Joocy AF, we want you to feel as bold as you look; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
